640X512 MICROBOLOMETER (waver level package)

Uncooled VOx microbolometer long wave infrared detector with a 640x512 resolution. A reduced 12µm pixel pitch offers better spatial resolution and shorter optical focal length. The detector has high sensitivity and stable performance characteristics over its entire operating envelope.
